Michael Hadlow – Director and Principal Consultant

Michael Hadlow is a career compliance, risk and defence professional with 25 years of experience across various industries. He has worked for iconic financial institutions in executive roles and as a consultant across the Asia Pacific. Michael’s core skills include design and implementation of anti-financial crime compliance programs, business intelligence and risk assessments, counter party due diligence, business continuity, crisis response, workforce resilience and vulnerability studies.

In the defence realm he has supported industries with market entry and overall business strategy. He has a depth of experience operating in and with the Japanese military enterprise. As a veteran of almost 30 years of continual service with the Australian Defence Force, he is a trusted adviser to commanders at senior levels on matters of operational strategy and international engagement.

Michael has served as an executive responsible for compliance and risk management across complex enterprises. He has directly reported to Boards on sensitive risk and compliance matters and assisted with understanding relevant legislation, regulations and standards issued by state, federal and international bodies.
